Enviro-friendly cleaners
Grandma used to clean her windows the enviro-friendly way with water and vinegar. You can too. To make a “green” window cleaner, mix 1/3 cup vinegar to 4 cups of water in a spray bottle. It’s cheap, effective, and doesn’t harm the environment.

About Dr. Kramer:
Dr. Dennis Kramer has been in practice as a naturopath since 1992 and a hypnotherapist since 1974. He graduated Montgomery County College in 1969 with an Associate Degree, Temple University with two bachelor degrees and completed additional bio-science course work at Bucks County College. Dr. Kramer received the degree of Naturopathic Doctor from Clayton College of Natural Health with highest honors. Soon thereafter he was board-certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification and Accreditation Board and received federal registration as a Naturopathic Doctor in 2002. Dr. Kramer is the past president of the New Mexico Physicians of Naturopathic Medicine and founding past president and current vice president of the New Mexico National Coalition of Health.
In his own words:
My philosophy and approach to my practice is mind and body healing. My background as a hypnotherapist has taught me that there is no true distinction between the mind and body, albeit the words to distinguish the parts. I respect the whole nature of my patient and do my best to educate, integrate and help generate healing. The reality that everything is a form of energy, including pathology of body and mind, is also what dictates healing.
Energetic evaluation and healing have been the primary focus of my practice because they provide answers to health problems that are very often not available in traditional allopathic models. I do believe in the integration of both allopathic and alternative healing modalities when necessary to help an individual. My focus is on natural, non-toxic forms of healing whenever possible.
